When receiving artwork from me, you are automatically agreeing to these terms.
GENERAL
✦ I require a clear character reference to work from. I will not work from text descriptions.✦ I will not provide first-time clients WIP/s before the completion of it. No exceptions.✦ I will not offer WIP’S (Work-In- Progress) unless agreed upon before starting on the clients commission. These discussions are available for reoccurring clients/supporters only.✦ I am given full artistic freedom of interpreting & drawing your character. If you want any specifications to be applied, you must provide all character-related information upon initial request within the first 24-48 hours. I am not liable for missed details mentioned later on through DMS.✦ I will notify all clients before I start the rendering stage. While I am adjusting/changing the colors of the scene to better fit with the character of the art piece.✦ When I start working on the sketch, the final product may differ from the initial sketch. I will not revert to the initial sketch for any reason, do not ask, it is quite rude, and unreasonable.✦ I will not draw/copy/imitate another artist's style/nor design specifically because you like the look or appeal. It is rude, inconsideration, and overall in terrible taste as a whole.✦ I have the right to abruptly decline any related work altogether. I may stop at any given stage of the process, you may receive a partial refund (if any), and you will be blacklisted if suggestions persist.ADOPTS & CUSTOMS
✦ Adopts & Customs, are permanently discontinued.✦ If you have received a custom/adoptable design from me in the past, reselling permission from me is required beforehand. I have reservations about explicit users who are not allowed to own adopts/customs, nor art of mine.✦ If you possess a design that was originally associated with any of the clans/families I own from the setting of (DI) Destiny Intertwined, you will not sell it to Carina Ayland/(HB) Honorbound.✦ If you wish to edit the adoptable/custom design you received, you are not required to notify me, feel free to change/edit the design at your leisure.PAYMENT
✦ Through either Ko-fi/ PayPal
✦ I will only issue refunds for pledges/payments through PayPal/Ko-Fi within the first 24 hours when the initial payment has been received.✦ I will not issue refunds through PayPal/Ko-fi after your pledge/payment has expired past the designated 24-hour window.TURNAROUND
✦ I do not guarantee completion dates on commissions.✦ My average completion time has increased, which is under 2-3/weeks, but I ask for up to two months.✦ I will always inform clients of any leave of absence or extenuating circumstances that may delay/hinder my progress on commissions.USAGE
✦ I reserve rights to my artwork, the client maintains rights to their character.✦ I do not allow my artwork to be commercialized or monetized, in any shape or manner, especially not for NFTs.✦ I do not allow the use of my artwork for training AI / shared / redistributed / nor sold on any cryptocurrency platforms/websites.✦ I have the right to refuse, deny, or otherwise turn down at any time if a client of a commission is rude, discourteous, ludicrous, or genuinely makes me uncomfortable.✦ I have the right to repost the art on other sites, as well as for self-promotion purposes. The clients themselves are allowed to repost on other sites in a non-profit manner, providing proper credit to myself, and linking to one of my sites respectively.✦ The client cannot edit, alter, or otherwise change my artwork without my explicit permission unless the client is using purchased art from me for personal/noncommercial use only, including but not limited to Icons, Banners, Prints, Signatures, Layouts, Wallpapers, Themes, and Site Displays.WILL DRAW

✦ My TOS can and will be edited/adjusted at any time without any further notice. It is your responsibility to keep yourself informed and to your own discretion to adhere to any adjustments once they are made immediately without any complaints. For any reason failure to read my TOS is not an excuse for breaking it. Persistence of not listening to initial warnings due to the lack of any negligence on your behalf may result in permanent blacklisting.
