When receiving monthly/donation rewards from me, you are automatically agreeing to these terms.
GENERAL
✦ Monthly Raffled Rewards are only available through my Ko-Fi supporter tiers (Dark Sun & Black Hole Raffles) exclusively. Please be aware that I am no longer accepting commissions.✦ Monthly Rewards strictly range from (YCH/Headshots, Busts, Halfbodies & Fullbody Icons). I ask for your consideration when pledging to these tiers, what I had listed will be offered accordingly every month.✦ Monthly Rewards after they are rolled, have a 24-hour window, meaning any raffled winners who fails to respond within the designated timeframe, will lose their spot, and a new rerolled winner will be given the opportunity instead.✦ Monthly Rewards for recurring Ko-Fi supporters, automatically receive one drawing ticket. The number of additional drawing tickets, will only increase by +1, when a recurring supporter doesn't get picked through a monthly raffle, this balance system increases the odds of a recurring supporter being chosen.✦ If a Monthly Ko-fi supporter is chosen with extra drawing tickets the number of their additional drawing tickets will be reset once confirmation is received.✦ If for any reason a Monthly Ko-fi supporter does not respond within the designated time frame, and they lose their spot during that round, will maintain their current amount of drawing tickets, and will also receive one more additional drawing ticket as compensation.✦ If for any reason a Monthly Ko-fi supporter decides to drop/change to a lower teir (Eclipse) will lose any accumulated drawing tickets.✦ Monthly Rewards will remain a priority and I will always do my best to keep everyone informed on any delays.✦ I require a clear character reference to work from. I will not work from text descriptions.✦ I will not provide first-time clients WIP/s before the completion of it. These discussions are available for reoccurring clients/supporter's only.✦ I am given full artistic freedom of interpreting & drawing your character. If you want any specifications to be applied, you must provide all character related information upon initial request within the first 24-48 hours. I am not liable for missed details mentioned later on through DMS.✦ I will notify all clients before I start the rendering stage. While I am adjusting/changing colors of the scene to better fit with the character of the art piece.✦ When I start working on the sketch, the final product may differ from the initial sketch. I will not revert back to the initial sketch for any reason, do not ask, it is quite rude, and unreasonable.✦ I will not draw/copy/imitate another artist style/nor a design specifically because you like the look or appeal. It is rude, inconsideration, and overall in terrible tastes as a whole.✦ I have the right to abruptly decline any related work all together. I may stop at any given stage of the process, you may receive a partial refund (if any), and you will be blacklisted if suggestions persist.ADOPTS & CUSTOMS
✦ Adopts & Customs, are permanently discontinued.✦ If you have received a custom/adoptable design from me in the past, reselling permission from myself is required beforehand. I have reservations of explicit users who are not allowed to own adopts/customs, nor art of mine.✦ If you wish to edit the design you are not required to notify me, feel free to change/edit the design at your leisure.PAYMENT
✦ Through either Ko-fi/ PayPal
✦ I will only issue refunds for pledges through PayPal/Ko-Fi within the first 24 hours when the initial payment has been received.✦ I will not issue refunds done through PayPal/Ko-fi after your pledge has expired or it has been renewed past the designated 24 hour window.TURNAROUND
✦ I do not guarantee completion dates on monthly art rewards.✦ My average completion time has increased, which is under 2-3/weeks, but I ask for up to two months.✦ I will always inform clients of any leave of absences or extenuating circumstances that may delay/hinder my progress on monthly rewards.USAGE
✦ I reserve rights to my artwork, the client maintains rights to their character.✦ I do not allow my artwork to be commercialized or monetized, in any shape or manner, especially not for NFTs.✦ I do not allow the use of my artwork for training AI / shared / redistributed / nor sold on any cryptocurrency platforms/websites.✦ I have the right to refuse, deny, or otherwise turn down at any time if a client of a tier reward is rude, discourteous, ludicrous, or genuinely make me uncomfortable.✦ I have the right to repost the art on other sites, as well as for self-promotion purposes. The clients themselves are allowed to repost on other sites in a non-profit manner, and providing proper credit to myself, and linking to one of my sites respectively.✦ The client cannot edit, alter, or otherwise change my artwork without my explicit permission, unless the client is using purchased art from me for personal/non commercial use only, including but not limited Icons, Banners, Prints, Signatures, Layouts, Wallpapers, Themes, and Site Displays.WILL DRAW
